I hereby agree for The Music Connection to automatically charge my credit card monthly for the rental of my musical instrument. Payments will be processed each month, until the account completes the Rent to Own program described in the contract, or until the instrument is returned. Any payment processed 14 days after the due date will be subject to a $5 late fee. I understand it is my responsibility to contact The Music Connection if there are any changes to my credit or debit card information, including the expiration date.
